This spectacular machine is our largest standard keyseating machine. Its 3.5m height offer an imposing presence. It fits workpieces of up to 1000mm diameter and 650mm height (approx.), 100mm diameter main axis; it offers a unique-in-the-market extreme working precision thanks to its new Renishaw encoder and hydraulic brakes placed under the work table.
It is the largest of our standard keyseaters and offers maximum accuracy and productivity for multiple notches and grooves, both outer and inner. Our best available technology and our best engineering and development efforts are combined in this machine.
Premium
Maximum workpiece height: 650 mm. Cutting capacity: from 3 to 115 mm width and 1000 mm diameter approx. straight and conical grooves, outer and inner ones, in through or knockout holes. It also allows us to make helical cuts. It Incorporates an automatic rotary indexing table with multiple programming divisions, controlled by a maximum-precision encoder and a hydraulic brake.
