Recognition for Our Approach to Innovation

Some news deserves to be shared, even if the pace of day-to-day business means it takes a little longer to do so. This is one of those stories.

In 2025, Meco was honoured with the Best Innovative SME in Tarragona award, a recognition we received with great pride as it reflects an approach that has been at the heart of our company since the very beginning: a constant drive to find new solutions, continuously improve, and reinvent ourselves.

Innovation has always been a fundamental part of who we are. Over the years, we have evolved from manufacturing machinery for a highly specialised sector into a company capable of designing, manufacturing and maintaining industrial solutions for clients across a wide range of industries. This journey has been driven by investment in technology, the development of our own machinery, international expansion and, above all, our confidence in the talent and commitment of the people who make up our team.

This award does not recognise a single project or a one-time achievement. Rather, it reflects many years of dedication, countless hours devoted to design, engineering, manufacturing and process improvement. It also acknowledges a business philosophy that sees innovation as an ongoing commitment to our customers and to the industry as a whole.

Receiving the Best Innovative SME in Tarragona 2025 award encourages us to continue moving forward along the same path. It inspires us to keep developing new solutions, exploring new opportunities and embracing future challenges with the same enthusiasm that has brought us this far.
